I was there to celebrate a friend's garden wedding (on the 7th Dec), and was helping out with the prep etc. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Smiling and ever so willing to extend a helping hand. Kudos! I especially like to thank Jackie and Max, and another banquet waiter (sorry I didn't manage to get his name) who were such a pleasure to work with.

This is my 2nd stay at the club saujana resort.
The resort is a well run hotel with lovely ambience. Not only it is a beautiful well equiped property,
it is simply breathtaking with excellent 5 stars services
Faultless, both times, the staff and the services were excellent, we couldn't find fault with anything.
The hotel breakfast had a great selections, well prepared and presented.
This club resort should get the best hotel award not only because of the lovely surroundings but also because of the amazing staff and managers they have. From welcoming at the entrance to checkin at reception, from breakfast at the club restaurant to free cocktails in the lounge is a fantastic experience by very efficient, well trained staff..
This is one of the hotels where I see managers going around to ensure guests are having a comfortable stay.

With it's lush greens and serene atmosphere, it felt like a little paradise here.
The terrace room which is given to me is very spacious, tidy and neat with a great view facing the saujana lake. Good beds, excellent bathroom with good shower and separate bath and toilet. Only comment , the room is a little bit tired in some places but the decor is still beautiful and retains its charm.

The saujana offers a wide varieties of good restaurants, a well equipped gym with new machines and a spectacular view .
It also provides a good spa with great massages in individually gorgeous villa. The massage bed is fully automatic and extremely comfortable.

So finally, we wish to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to the staff for their excellent, extremely friendly and approachable services. And also to the great management team esp. Ms Belinda Leong and Mr. Bob who are so sweet and professional. They make us feel so welcome ....Once again, many thanks

Been here many times in the past but stayed at the Club. Staff as always fantastic and the rooms are extremely nice and comfortable. If your stopping here for a Friday or a Saturday, make sure you make it down to RP's. Great music, great beer and the company is the best.Hope to see you again soon, thanks for a nice relaxing weekend in KL.

I booked at the hotel but was upgraded to the Club.
All I can say is.... WOW
The suite of rooms I was given was magnificent, huge, very modern and clean.
The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of power points near the bed with good bed side lighting. I literally cannot complain about anything.
The grounds themselves are marvelous, lots of rolling lawns, two very nice pools and water features.

The gym was clean and modern with lot of equipment.

The breakfast buffet was very good.

The wifi was excellent and kept you logged in for the whole stay which meant no need to relogin...

I enjoyed the happy hour in the evening.

Only comment is that the food on site is very expensive as was the wine. They are taking advantage of the fact that you would need to take a taxi to get to other places to eat... having said that... taxis are cheap so there is nothing to stop you!

Overall top marks for a lovely resort.
