Account Management

Registering with allows you to:

  • Access all features such as 'Follow' vendor(s), contact and submit Quotation Requests to vendor(s)
  • Upload and organize your wedding inspirations (photos & videos), and share with your family and friends

It's FREE and simple. To register an account on, click here.

You have the option to register with Facebook Connect or you can choose to sign up with your own email.

You can request for password reset via Reset Password. A link to reset the password will be sent to your email address.

You can update your profile information by accessing profile dropdown and click on ‘Settings’ at the top of the page. Remember to click update once you are done updating your profile information.

Your profile will only display:

  • Your chosen name
  • Your profile photo
  • Your uploaded media such as wedding photos & videos, and
  • Wedding inspirations (photos & videos) that you've loved 

Rest assured that we will not show:

  • Your phone number
  • Your email address, and
  • Your location

To see what your profile looks like to the public, click on your profile photo at the top right corner.

You can change your password by accessing profile dropdown and click on ‘Settings’ at the top of the page. Remember to click update once you are done updating your password.

If you are using a web-based email service such as Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo Mail, please ensure that the filters do not mark our emails as spam. Please check the "Junk Email", "Spam" or "Bulk" mailbox.

Alternatively, you can activate it manually by sending in your registration info (username, email and telephone number) to [email protected] and our team will be more than happy to activate your account for you.

Upon registration, you will receive an email to verify your email address. Once you have clicked on the verification link shown in the email, you will be redirected to a web page confirming your email address.

If you have no problem logging in to your account using your email address, it means that your email address has been verified.

After you have registered with, you will receive a welcome email with a verification link. You are required to click on this link in order to complete the registration. This is to ensure that email address that you have provided is valid and that you are the holder of this email account. Without this verification, you will not be able to access to your account and features.

Quotation Request

A Quotation Request (or QR in short) is a feature on where you submit requests for any services that you seek for.

This QR will then be blasted to the relevant vendors who match up with your QR criteria, where they will approach you with their best quotations. You can then compare and decide the vendor(s) that you would like to go with.

All you have to do is to tell us the necessary information below, and we will take care of the rest!

After a vendor expresses interest in your Quotation Request and pays to unlock your contact details, we will send you their details and a link to their vendor profile page.

You should visit the profile of each vendor we send you and review their qualifications, portfolio/past work and, of course, reviews from other users. This information plus your personal impression and the final quotes should help you make an informed choice of vendor for your request.

Yes. You can take down your Quotation Request at any time by logging in to and selecting 'My Quotations' from your user dashboard. Click the request(s) that you don’t wish to advertise any longer and then click the 'Close' button.

Note: You may still be contacted by any vendors who unlocked your request before cancellation. Clicking 'Close' will not affect any arrangements you have already entered into with a vendor.

Yes. Requests are only live on for xx working days. We also take requests down if 10 vendors have already unlocked them.

You cannot update nor change your Quotation Request if a vendor has already unlocked and expressed interest in quoting, or if you have already updated the request once before.

Your budget helps us estimate the size of the Quotation Request and set the price for vendors to quote on your request. Setting an approximate, but realistic budget helps ensure that the right vendors contact you to quote.

No. Your contact details will never be made public on the site. When a vendor unlocks your Quotation Request, they will then get access to your details so that they may contact you to quote.

Note: To keep the market competitive and protect your personal information, only a maximum of 10 vendors can view your name and contact details.

After you submit your Quotation Request (QR in short), we will blast out your QR to all relevant vendors in your area. Those who are interested in quoting for your request will pay to see your contact details and contact you to quote.

We will send you an email which consists of the vendor's details each time a vendor unlocks your QR. If you have not been contacted by at least 1 vendor within 24 hours, consider updating your QR with more details or a revised budget. Otherwise you may contact us and we will gladly assist you!

Our vendors pay for the opportunity to quote, so to ensure the quality of the Quotation Requests on, we ask that you only submit requests that you intend to engage further.

There is nothing to worry about after you submit a Quotation Request. Vendors who are interested in pursuing further will reach out to you with their quotations or proposals. Just be sure to check your emails and phone for any calls or messages!

Following & Organizing Ideas

When you visit a vendor's profile, there is a pink icon left below the vendor's Profile photo. Simply click on the button and you can find them in your dashboard under "Following" tab.

Go to Settings gear and click on 'My Dashboard', from there you can choose 'Following' tab where you will see a list of the vendors that you have 'Followed'.

Posting Photo & Video

You will need to log in to your account on in order to do so.

Once you are logged in, click on the 'Settings' gear and select ‘My Dashboard’, choose 'My Uploads' tab and you can then upload a photo and/or video by clicking the pink square ‘Upload New Inspirations’.

To make sure photos upload get maximum exposure, you should upload professionally photographed pictures. Photo title, tags and descriptions field should also be fully utilized to maximize exposure.

Once your photo is uploaded to, it is open to be viewed by the public.

  • The image must have a minimum width of 700 pixels to ensure the clarity.
  • The image must be in focus, professionally lit and photographed.
  • The image must be in .jpg format to preserve optimum quality.
  • Pornographic and offensive materials are not allowed.
  • Photos irrelevant to wedding services are not allowed. Only upload photos that represent wedding events.
  • Photos containing misleading information are not allowed.
  • Photos containing copyright and/or intellectual property rights should not be uploaded without the owner(s)’ consent.
  • Photos that are duplicative or similar to an existing one (listed by the same user) in the same sub-category are not allowed.
  • Photos in collage form are not accepted.
  • Photos must not contain watermarks (only small watermarks placed at the corner of the photo will be considered for acceptance).
  • Photos must not contain borders.
  • Photos uploaded to albums must not contain any promotions/deals.
  • Photos featuring phone numbers, mail addresses, URLs and other contact details will be rejected.
  • All of the guidelines above shall apply to both the profile picture and cover photo. accept videos from Youtube and Vimeo. That means you don’t have to upload and manage your videos on multiple platform.

Tags are like keywords or labels that you add to a photo to make it easier to be searched by other users.

Yes. We limit our tags field to 255 characters.
