Walk. Up the stairs or down the road, consciously establish a little walking plan of your own. On your working days, you may walk up one or two flight of stairs before taking the lift up to your office. Improveyour posture. Practice walking and standing in the correct posture. To improve your standing posture, stand with your back against the door or wall, with the back of your head, shoulders and butt just touching it. Walking is just an extension of a good standing posture. Keep your head up, shoulders to the back, chest out and eyes looking straight ahead.

Nutrition! While you are walking down the aisle doing your weekly grocery shopping, pick foods that are nutritious, natural, fresh and organic. These include fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole-grain. Skip foods with high sugar and fat content such as sweetened carbonated drinks or instant fried food from your diet for the moment. If you eat out a lot, clear broths or soups are generally less oily, and remember to request for an extra serving of vegetables.

Grips. Your hand is one of “highlights” of the wedding – to mark the beginning of your marriage and the commitment to each other, with your set of wedding rings. Hand grip exercises not only reduces the stress of wedding planning or at work, but it helps to tone your hands. The easiest way to accomplish this is to do the ball squeeze exercise. Hold the ball in one hand, wrap your thumb and fingers around the ball, periodically squeezing it for up to a minute. Raise your hands up and continue squeezing for a minute. Next, place your hand on the side and continue for another minute. Repeat the routine with the other hand.
